All rooms clean and decluttered (countertops, floors, and surfaces cleared).
Personal items (toiletries, family photos, trash bins) put away.
All lights on and bulbs working.
Blinds/curtains opened to let in natural light.
Vehicles moved from the driveway and front of the home.
Yard/lawn tidied (mowed, leaves cleared if needed).
Beds made and toilet lids closed.
